No progress made on this plot yet since I'm waiting for Ehetere to resurface so decisions can be made with her in the loop about Lonán's future as well as Nu's! Sorry for the delay peeps x.x Nu and Lo shall have to remain "imprisoned" for now until I can get hold of Rae!

I (and Dru) need some help x.x

When Nuala returned, she and Lonán were put into "custody" and have been kept under guard since. It's been a year now, and the pair of them have hardly been allowed to leave unless escorted, and were kept mostly apart during rut season to avoid any silly business.

Dru's put it off for as long as he can, but they REALLY have to face that trial soon. So, I need OPINIONS! What does your character think their fate should be? 

  1. Death?
  2. Exile?
  3. Forgiveness?

What stipulations should be put on their forgiveness if that's your character's opinion? Should Lonán be permanently demoted? Should they be banned from having more kids? What do they think the best course of action is, to ensure Óganach is appeased and the herd is stronger for it? Ultimately, Dru's decision will be what's best for the herd, and so public opinion is key! He doesn't want to sentence his bro to death, but he doesn't want the herd to lynch him (and hurt his kids) either.

Braindump in comments here, I'll set up a more official voting system when the ideas are collated! The trial shall likely be another mass RP, so let me know if you think your character will be attending!

Luz is a bit of a free spirit, so I think she would certainly want Nuala to be forgiven; however, that being said, her fear and spite towards large stags might also cause her to be less inclined to wish the same for Lonán. In her eyes, the less hefty stags around to freak her out, the better! So, I'm going to cast her vote as exile.

She doesn't believe these two deserve death, and in fact, could see Óganach even smiling on the idea of them going off somewhere else to raise their family. They seem to be causing too much of a disturbance here, and it has brought both them and the rest of the herd tremendous grief. At this point, Luz would say that the best thing they could do is leave for a while.

Perhaps they don't have to be permanently banned, though! Maybe a long-term suspension might be a better solution, just to give Glenmore some time to heal?
