Welcome to Haven.

Nestled in the Glenmore Mountains, the three-mile-long valley of Haven is hidden to the North of Loch Kerr, in a river valley that is lush with greenery and heathland. During spring, the rivers are bulging with mountain snowmelt, and caution is advised not to swim in the strong currents. Summer is bright and warm, with wildflowers of all types blossoming in the basin of the valley. Autumn turns the valley red and orange in an array of autumnal colours. And Winter brings snow to the valley, with most small streams frozen over. 

The Havenites live in dens constructed out of earth, stone and trees to the edge of the valley to avoid flooding in spring. The valley walls are steep and impassable after a certain altitude, making attacks from most direction impossible.

There is only ONE entrance to Haven, and it is heavily guarded and impassable without at least two master earth magic wielders to construct the pass. When there are no Haven patrols or other members outside of the valley, the entrance is hidden behind a wall of thorns and an unassuming hill of rock and earth. When open, a pathway is constructed into the hill and patrols are able to move down to the Loch.
